The legendary American poet, painter and writer who has influenced two generations of artists  recorded this album based on his texts back in 1986, shortly before his death.

After a brief involvement with the Surrealists, Gysin was one of the first anglo-saxons who moved to Morocco in the early Fifties. He became  a close friend of William Burroughs’, and invented the cut-up technique, which was largely used by the author of “The Naked Lunch” throughout his work.
