Let it just be reminded that Fred was one of the founding members of the English avant-rock group Henry Cow, was a member of the sublime (and currently vastly underrated Art Bears), and that he has collaborated with  Robert Wyatt, Brian Eno, The Residents,  John Zorn, Bill Laswell, Derek Bailey and many more.
