US-born Tim Handels was in his early twenties when he released this album for SSR.

Tim lived in Brussels... a  music fan since his early childhood, he fell for house music at the age of 16, and ended up trading in his guitar for a TB-303 bassline... he signed with SSR in 92, and released a first 12” as THC... his style developed, becomes more mature... he changed his name to Avalon, and released a single (“Nautical Dream” ) and an very nice album of reflective techno entitled “Earth, Water, Fire, Air”.
